News about the amount of power generation, CO2 reduction through power generation, and CO2 reduction per donation share for The Seicho-No-Ie Joyo, Kyoto Mega Solar Power Plant in 2015

It is our pleasure to announce the amount of power generation, CO2 reduction, and CO2 reduction per donation share for 2015 as follows:

　(1) Generated amount: 1,526,720kWh (equivalent to the amount of electricity used in about 450 households per year)

　(2)Amount of CO2 reduced through power generation: 798,474.6 kgCO2

　(3)Amount of CO2 reduced per contribution unit: 24.8 kgCO2

The results are the total for the period, March to December 2015 as the plant started operations in March 2015.

If you choose to make a donation as “individual” in the CO2 reduction column, please use the following formula to calculate the setoff of CO2 emission for your private use.
